There is this book titled “Soviet MiG-15 Aces of the Korean War” published by Osprey Publishing. Perhaps this book is of use to your query?

    Condolences

I can still remember what he said in an interview for some aviation documentary..

“..Stupid People start wars and Stupid People run wars, but seldom listen to the People who are fighting the wars”

As Gen MacArthur said in his farewell speech at West Point: “Old Soldiers Never Die, they just fade away”.

Thank you General Olds and Goodbye.

When I first read the thread title F-15 ST is what I somehow read. I was eager to see why the British would dump Typhoon and buy Boeing. I wonder how many other people did the same. 🙂

    Same here! hahahaha:D

I also have some rather nice pics of Females in uniform but that could digress into the thread being closed like it has every other time.

DWARFED THE BLACKHAWK?! Holy Sh*t! But please please share those pics.

Love the colour scheme of the Typhoon in Japanese colours! Who knows, maybe the JASDF may renamed it as the ‘Tsunami’ or better still – ‘Zero II’! :diablo:

…you can clearly see the ZZ tail code of Kadena, so I guess someone messed up or the pilot is from Misawa. I did meet him but never got to chat to him much.

Hi Ja, no worries. Anyway excellent pics. 😀 At least, you guys down under get to see the Pig doing the fuel- -dumping-flame thingy every year! The only one time that I saw that act was when the Pig participated in the Air Show in Singapour few years back.

Any pics of the Aussie Tiger at the Airshow?

    ….

There are Eagles based at Misawa AB?

I know there are Eagles based at Kadena AB (with the tailcode ‘ZZ’) but didn’t know there are USAF Eagles based at Misawa with the resident Vipers (with the tailcode ‘WW’).
