*it features the the telltale double fuse/tail positions of an ethiopian machine
*it has the same block font for the bort numbers
*the borts are in the 1*** range of Ethiopian machines
*the roundel is in the position of Ethiopian mig-21s

the reasons why it dossnt add up to a libyan machine:

* no tail flag, every libyan aircraft i have a pic of displays a green tail flag.
* all libyan russian aircraft carry the roundel on the foward fuselague
*Libyan mig-21s carry large 3 digit borts in 7** or <100 range
*the green ‘roudel’ looks more to be a paint over, notice it issnt symmetric?

in the end, just look at the pics 😉

id have to disagree, looks to me that it is simply being ‘greened’ over: common when bein worked on in an overseas country, libyan migs carry the green roundel on the nose and also have a tail flag.

the position of roundel and the double block serials on the nose and tail in the 1XXXX make me 100% sure the mig-21 is ethiopian
