    If an aircraft can fly with only one winglet surely their just there for a cosmetic purpose or do they have some kind of important use that they really do need them

    Hi Guys

    Thanks for the info looks like i’ll be flying from EDI unless anyone can tell me an alternative airport for arriving at to get to Nottingham as it’s a nightmair 6 or more hours by train

    Firstly i’m very sorry for getting the name wrong and secondly just checked EasyJet website they appear only to fly to Nottingham East Midlands from EDI

    I agree with that list in that Manchester is top!! So many vantage points and 3 dedicated viewing areas as well!!

    I just wish more airports would take a leaf out on Manchesters book and either build a viewing area or open up existing ones even if they made a charge of a few pounds entry fee

    I can see all landings to Runway 23 at Glasgow from my back window and most takeoffs from 05 i live in Anniesland in Glasgow

    I notice Ryanair doesn’t really get a mention here
    are they really that bad? just asking as i’ve never flown them
    but flown easyjet once and really enjoyed my experience
    as it was my first time flying

    Have you tried EBAY for your models
    Because i’ve seen them on there before

    This was about 2 years ago i was on an Easyjet flight out of Gla going to Amsterdam and coming back home we got told to close the blinds on take off it was the first time i was ever on a plane so don’t know about anyone else being asked to keep them opened
