It’s a total disgrace. I wish she will win her trial.
And that the employee will be fired!
Nice pics, do you have a trip report as well?
With all respect, I would never fly Swiss, because they come out of Swissair who killed Sabena.
How come the TU204 series are so expensive? There’s a russian version and a western version. (engines & avionics) It surprises me that there are so much second hand 757’s available?!
I could have been in Florida now, we planned a trip arriving at Key West and coming back from Orlando. Southwest also flies to Florida, they obviously don’t need to cancel flights?
Wow, makes you realize that our technology is really very advanced! The 777 was designed entirely on computer screens!
Really makes you think: How does that thing fly?
Just what I was thinking..!! 😀
Some fantastic shots there, skymonster. The SN Brussels 146 looks great against that very blurred background.
It’s an ARJ, a 146 has a tail bumper.
Very nice pictures, are they online yet?
A sattelite phone to call people to get me off the freakin’ island.
The registration is temporary, it’s just a sticker as you can see. When it arrives in Australia the sticker has to be torn of and the Australian registration will be visible. This is not sure, could also be painted there. They prefer a sticker because you can’t take off paint easily.
You mean STN-EWR or a cheaper airport for example?
Not too hard. Look at Ryanair’s first series of new -800’s with very comfortable seats. Pop them in a 757 witha slightly higher seat pitch and you’re done! It seems to be very realistic, however in reality it obviously is not, otherwise their would me many transoncinental low cost services around already.
Imagine a 10-hour stretch with Ryanair
That would be very unhealthy.
What a bad unrealistic article.
I don’t think airlines are currently replacing a lot of their fleets, except sabena would if they’d still exist . If a 747 makes losses, replacing it by a 777 would:
A. Make fewer losses
B. Make a small profit that cannot pay for the aircrafts investment.
The 747 will be around for very long, untill the crisis recovers (I hope it does soon), and airlines will again dare to take some risks and expand. That would only be the beginning of the sale of the older 747-400’s. Even then, A 747-400 at Mojave will not be seen untill 2020.
Except for the Low cost airlines, Singapore Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Air France, and some others, nearly no expansion was seen in passenger services. But it looks like the airline sector is recovering as said here: http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=29861
Very nice pictures, thanks for sharing.
Arr, i guess you didn’t find Thomas Cook Belgium and TUI Airlines Belgium interesting enough to take a picture of? 😀
Ugh no Sandy, why is Iberia in different colors? Like BERA or II has a specific meaning :s. And that crown on the tail makes it look like the most patriotistic airline ever 😀 The ones by Nasir look well, but the forward flag needs some work. It’s not straight enough.
You can upload your savegame files in a .zip format. Go ahead if you want to share them.
The savegame files are located in the main Airline folder, which is also where you should unpack them.
Here is one. It’s a lowcostcarrier that started it’s first hub in Minneapolis and is also operating from Dallas/ Ft Worth.
The Exel file with the airline’s fleet history and complete schedule is also included.
Oops can’t upload it because of another stupid file limit! PM me with your e-mailadress and I’ll send it to you.
The Saudi Arabian is very shiney! Do they fly non stop to Riyadh from JFK?
These pics are simply worth money.
