If that doesn’t work get all your emails between you and the buyer along with the post office documents and get yourself down to the local nick. I would also try contact the buyer again and state what you intend to do. If all that fails i would suggest you take legal advice. Most solicitors offer a free half hour consultation. Im sure it will get resolved ,as from what you say this person has not got a leg to stand on.
