    Nibb

Rendition “R” US comes to mind 😉

that’s what I thought but why all the lumps and bumps

I thought from photos I’ve seen of Dash 8s when Rendition was rife they were all clean, same colour though

I must admit I never did by Bus but regularly cycled from Mortlake, bit of a journey but in the 50s you could walk anywhere you wanted to at Croydon there were no restrictions

most of the programmes I’ve seen do mention it,some more than others, there was a fight as to who got the engines the Arado or the 262 as they both used the same engine,

your right though, I’ve never seen a programme solely about the Arado which it is a bit sad as it was a versatile aircraft

Just thought id post a few pictures of my work in progress, Airfix 1:48 Seafire and Spitfire.

The Seafire is painted and coated with floor polish, just painting the korean war markings on the wings. The Mk 22 is currently awaiting its first coat of primer to show any inperfections ups.

I’ve been mulling this over for weeks, what does the floor polish do?

VHF Supplies on the A4 Great West Road. That takes back a bit. Went out of business in the early 80s when they decided to only sell their World Airline Fleets book and the monthly update that went with it. Out went the kits, radios, other aviation magazines and display models. Probably not the best business plan.

I bought my first airband there in 1970
