I know Fred Olson C-46’s operated into LAP at night. I never saw one, though I have a photo that was given to me of one. If it surfaces, I’ll post it.

I knew I would never see the Fred Olsen ones or the Lufty ones unless I was lucky enough to be around at night,
it was the ElAl ones that frustrated me, they were in the CAM in 54/55 but no one I knew had ever seen one,

does anybody know when they actually came in?

I remember the C46 hanging about,

but for some reason I never saw an ElAl one although they were in CAM every year

ps just read the caption on the ElAl photo and it says went to the States in 55, so that probably why I never saw one
