Or a Tripehound.

You can’t have too many Pups!

Open house for the moment. Just a bit busy to search and scan anything.

Yes I recall that a number were at Fulbeck when it was still used by Cranwell as a RLG but I can’t remember where I read it or it might have come from the local spotters. I think that they then went to Colerne. I certainly remember seeing the JU88 travelling east on a “mary” on the old A4 when I was at RAF Yatesbury in the early 60’s.

Personally I don’t care for recurring Wotplanes from time to time, if it keeps this thread going.Al
I thought I was correct, not that it bothers me. I just wanted to be sure of my little grey cells:) Perhaps though I ought to stamp my feet and make a scene like some of the “how dare you’s” on the French pseudo Mosquito thread.

I think you’ll find it’s already been submitted some time ago.

Richard, do you have a suitable streamline tube? One method of bending tube is to use the Fry’s metals very low melt alloys. These are poured into the tube and when cooled the tube can be bent as a solid and then the tube reheated and the alloy poured out. As a working exhaust, are you using multi cylinder engines?

That is an absolute triumph, fantastic work.

The Airshow pictures could be Wattisham with the resident Javelins. The 12 Sqn B.6 brought back memories. These a/c were ferried down to Cambridge to be converted to B.16s (so in that picture it’s still a B.6), when the Canberras were replaced with Vulcans and I got in some nice jollies in the Anson TX176 on the way to collect the crews back to Coningsby. WH977 is an ex 9 Sqn B.6

It is, or sometimes labeled as the Shackleton Baby. Over to you sir.

This should be relatively easy, but I want the type number and name.

Because the identical photo with reg appears in Janes AWA 1931. I presume that that was the next target.

The rather elegant biplane is a Genairco (Australian) with the painted out reg VH-UOG
