    Pete,
I always travel by train to Duxford and go through from Ipswich. The journey is a pleasant one, much better than going by car and helps to relax more.
When I get to cambridge i get the courtesy bus to the show which is one of the most thoughtful ideas that the show organisers have come up with.
Sorry if my post was over bearing earlier but it has just become such an annoyance over the years when people start to pick apart these shows.

Quick question. Why is everyone moaning about this show?
We go on about it for months in advance and when its come and gone you moan. It is so pathetic of you guys, you should be greatful. Many people work hard to get Legends up and running and it has always been, in my eyes, a success. yes I get annoyed about wind breaks and umpires chairs but I choose not to share with others because its been done before on here as I am now well aware that what we go to Legends for should not be taken for granted.
This year once again I traveled there on my own accord and met up with those who I wanted to. Its not an easy journey by any means getting there from Colchester without a car but Its journey i love to make. Legends is a show I have attended for 10 years now and have always respected the work effort that goes into it and yes there is some times a little disappointed when things don’t show but I never get down about it and always look forward to seeing something else that i may or may not have seen before.
So ill close by finally saying, once again thank you to all involved for making Legends 2007 a memorable show as well as a safe one.

    P.S
Moderators is not your job to control the amount of sniping and bickering which goes on here? If so then I believe a little self moderation could be used 😉

Albert if these are the latest corgi models then I suggest you try and get the paint schemes changed they are certainly the wrong colours as EN830 has already pointed out to you. It maybe wise to get hold of an old paint colour chart, possibly from Airfix if you can find one.

Looks like Vulcan to the skip reigns supreme once again! My guess the need for more cash is due to the amount of tea breaks they are taking… Oh did i mention that this is rridiculous now when are they going to admit they are beaten?

    Martin,
Those shots are very good for your first attempt with the S5600. How are you finding the camera?

So Mike I take it we are not going to see a couple of Spits display over here next year then if the Buchon and Hurricane are headed to pastures new.
