The Shack has a fair amount of flying hours, considering she doesn’t fly that often. The problem concerning her continued operation as a flying aircraft is actually the crew issue, as they are getting on a bit.

Looks like the ASI in the SAAF Museum’s Avro Shackleton MR3 1722. If anyone is interested I will arrange close-up images of the panel?

GGS Mk IV E

Gunsight GGS MK IV E

Amongst my Dad’s stuff was some trunks of aircraft memorabilia, including a few gunsights.

One of these is a GGS Mk IV E. Reading through this forum it seems that these were fitted to Hunters, Vampires and someone mentioned late model Spits?

If I was to part with this, any ideas of what would be offered for it?
