not sure if its that or another reason, they have been here quite a few years now, so that may be the case…..or the local yobs have just ruined them too much

the lay out of them is as you walk in the front door, living room on imediate right stairs, on left up the passage is kitchen on right and toilet on left with a recess just before the toilet and a cupboard under the stairs

well, go to channel 4.com catchup and watch the secret millionaire in hendon, sunderland, you can see theres a seperate restoration group for boats :p

believe it or not, there isnt actually that much restoration going on at the moment, NEAM doesnt have that many active members at the moment, so we’re struggling with restorations, not too sure about LL’s project

and my new one, well, were waiting for the site to be sorted before we can move in

could be the same type of design?? nicknamed the bird cages at the moment from the pit days IIRC, all the miners houses are down the bottom of my back garden, these houses in the pics are all being knocked down soon for part of the re-generation

i honestly dont know how that shop still opens…it never seems to have any customers yet doesnt close till around 7pm :S
