just got off the fone to my bank, i have to have my claim put through to billing hardship :S which will send me a form i have to fill in and send back.

they are going to review my complaint and let me know if i can reclaim my cash, so im still being charged £20 on sunday and have to wait 7-10 days from today to recieve the form, then fill it in and send it back, its going to take the urine to get this sorted :@

well looking at my statement…i somehow went overdrawn by around 2 pounds, for around 2 – 4 days, resulting in them charging me, i dont actually have an overdraft set up on my account now, the fine is due to come out on the 15th anyway so i need to get in contact before then

i have a debit card with no overdraft yet looking at my statement that arrived this morning…..im being charged £20 for being in my overdraft :S which i dont get

its not like i have £20 spare or i wouldnt go into so called overdraft :@
