as i know your aware of how some people feel about a friend of mine, (not you personally)

i was talking to an Ex para yesterday at NEAM, he had just been to darlington, where he met a chap in full SAS gear, walking round the town centre,, (not sure if there was a display on in darlo yesterday?) anyway, after 3 questions he was caught out, not to mention the insignia he was wearing was all wrong and he apparently looked like someone who just purchased the stuff at an army navy stall in the local market and stuck it on

i just dont get why people are so disrespectful to our military, it really is an insult

not everyone who seems a bit “odd” is full of lies though 🙂 ey JT

maybe this guy felt a bit embarrassed about the catering corps and bigged himself up because of it?

remember, there is a reason for everything these days

having a natter on the phone with Jim (lincoln7) just to let me know things are good

Our annual charity event ,held this year in aid of the Everyman testicular cancer charity,as the name suggests we will have all of our choppers (Helicopters) outside for public viewing,cockpit access, military displays and special guests,monies raised will be donated to Everyman. Often described as a forgotten cancer testicular and prostrate cancer is very treatable provided its discovered early ,our event hopes to raise the profile of this cancer and go some way to ending the reluctance of men to seek medical advice when the symptoms first appear

hopefully, weather and serviceability permitting, we should have a few live airframes dropping in too
