RE: Bizjets
Hi Kabir.
I’m not very familiar with all of the business jets, but I would also have to go for the BBJ. As T5 says…it looks great with the ‘futuristic’ winglets. We @ Leeds Bradford Airport are preparing for the arrival of the based Multiflight BBJ2 (coming soon-watch this space!!)

RE: What is your all time favourite airliner?
Thanks everyone. Its quite interesting viewing what you all rate as your fav. airliner.

RE: Boeing 757
Ba didnt even reply to me!! Though I cant complain…I did do work experience with them! BMI were great on the other hand. I was offered a jump seat ride over to Dusseldorf…that was fantastic.
Its such a competetive career…its a case of right place at the right time…and the right skills! Now with positions down post 9/11-its even more tricky!

RE: Boeing 757
Mongu…its nice to hear of SOME airlines being cooperative and kind.
The chief pilot at Airtours was very helpful to me upon my pilot training enquiry. I recieved lots of very useful information.
Has anybody else experienced this side to the airlines?

RE: McDonalds

RE: Airport picture of the day-Australia
Yeh…I thought some of the world tails were good. It certainly brightened BA up a bit….though Maggie Thatcher didnt really like them!
T5…I believe they’ve started re-spraying. Obviously with the current financial situation its taking longer than first thought.

RE: Pic Of the Day-08/04/02!!

RE: UK Airports ignore ban on noisy jets
Yes, thats a fair point Hand87_5. I spose there are many different scenarios where home owners have fallen victim to changes such as the ones you mentioned.

RE: What is your all time favourite airliner?
I think its safe to say that not many people have an all time fav. airliner. Instead…. We have several all time fav. airliners! This is much better because they’re all great.
No offence to any Russian a/c fans or to viewers of Thunderbirds. However I am glad that someone knows what i’m on about….that could have been a bit embarrassing!

RE: Favorite weekend activity (keep it clean!)
I’m afraid not tomel. I have excessive wind (I would considor that a weapon) and am quite frightening when angry (which is not very often at all).
Fridays I go down to the local brass band and bamg the drums for a bit. Upon return home, I like to pig-out and watch t.v (discovery wings-when its not full of repeats!)
Saturday is my ‘lie in’ day, and I love it…until I get kicked out! I may venture into the great outdoors on some saturdays, this is ofcourse dependant on funds, level of laziness and the reason for which I would want to venture out of my domain!
I work sundays (quite early which is horrible), so its early 2 bed on a saturday-well I try. I work in a local hotel restaurant.
Thats basically it!! Very exciting!!

RE: A310
Yes I agree with Mongu and Keltic. Its not dependant on the a/c itself in terms of space and immediate passenger comfort. (Comfort may be jeperdised if the plane were falling to bits though!!)
I have not had the pleasure of flying on an A310 or An A300 for that matter. However it is fairly clear that in comparison to (eg-)the A320 or A330, the A310 has not been as successful.
