Yes i remember that game one of the best World Cup games I have ever seen.Battiston was knocked out by the German goalkeeper in what can only be called a brutal assault and the ref did NOTHING.
The game went to extra time and the Germany won aftrer being 3-1 down in extra time.
I aslo think that Battiston never played again

I hope they do ,Brazil have been very poor in this World Cup.
I dont think this World Cup will be remmebered for the football,people will only remmember the bad refs and players that want to cheat there way thought the game. 🙁

Sorry i have to disagree Rooney did a stupid thing right in front of the ref and he had to go.
When Beckham went off we played much better.He must NEVER play for England again. 😡 Lennon was good when he came on,and as for Crouch I WILL NOT COMMENT COS I DONT WANT TO GET KICKED OFF THE LIST. 😡
Why are we so bad a pens how hard is it to score from 6 yards,yes I know the pressure is there but still one out of 4 and the ones we missed shockingly bad. 😮
The only good thing to come out of this mess is that we get rid of Mr Burns,but then agsin I dont think we have got the right man for the job. 🙁
