Hello,

Here are some ‘scrapyard’ photos from Belgium. They were taken on October 12t, 1964 by a Mr.Lazoore at the yard “Transeco – NV Vanheygen” in Gent (Belgium).

The following aircraft are visible :

Avro CF100 Canuck Mk.5
Image 1 : AX7 + AX10
Image 2 : AX35 + AX37 + AX51
Image 3 : AX35 + AX48 + AX49 + AX50 + AX51
Image 4 : AX24 (ex 350 Squadron)
Image 5 : AX43 (detail 350 Squadron badge)

Hello Willy,

Not 45 but ‘only’ 31 F16As will be dismantled at Rocourt. These aircraft are unmodified F16As, this is they haven’t gone through the midlife update programme.

The already stored F16AM ‘s (these have been updated) (11 in total at this moment) will remain stored in Weelde.
