The passes for the March Aeroboot / Aerojumble are now being sent out, along with a small quantity of event flyers for the sale – the museum hopes that people will be able to distribute these and thereby hopefully encourage more buyers to the event on Saturday 1st March.

As of this morning – 35 tables have been allocated for the event. The next round of adverts will be appearing in the magazines at the end of the week and as before flyers are still available and if anyone would like some to give out / distribute, then please send me a PM or email me a postal address and I will send some out to you.

For anyone that might be interested the ‘Participant Listing Service’ has been started up on the NAM website for the March Aeroboot / Aerojumble. 🙂

I understand that good progress is being made over at Newark in getting the engineering aspects sorted out for the ‘nose-wheel’ assembly, so it shouldn’t be too long before the WB491 fuselage is moveable!

There’s a further update on the NAM website about the specific V-Force Squadron’s that the Reunion Team are trying to make contact with:

“They would also like to issue a special appeal to the following Squadron Associations and/or their former squadron personnel:

Valiant – 7 Sqn, 18 Sqn, 90 Sqn, 148 Sqn and 199 Sqn

Valiant & Victor – 232 OCU

Victor – 15 Sqn and 100 Sqn

Vulcan – 83 Sqn”

Fly By – hopefully the yoke ‘eggperts’ (sorry I couldn’t resist!! :D) can provide a better answer than me – however the yokes in the AP drawing on the NAM website seem closer to your Tudor photo; than the Ashton photo provide by Air Ministry in #8.
