Totally new programme – for terrestrial T.V. at least – this episode is about the DHL A300 that took a SAM in the wing over Iraq, I’ve read the pilots transcript of what happened and its fascinating, its well worth searching out and the best place to find it is to do a search over on the pprune forums.

Cracking pics mate, I’m probably the only one on here but, I think the two-seater looks better than the single seater! 😮 (and no I’m not drinking!(yet!)

Nice shots, have to agree that the Maersk pig looks great!

Very nice indeed, I really like the FCA A321 and the FR 732.

Thanks for the info, just about to head off now, hope the weather holds out! 🙂

Firstly thankyou for the positive comments, much appreciated, and in answer to the questions…
bhx spotter – the Lufthansa Mad Dog came in at about 9:15/9:30, can’t remember to be sure but it was earlier than usual.
kev35 – They were taken at Crash gate 3, at the end of Diseworth Lane/Road, the police call by fairly regularly but as long as people are parked sensibly – i.e. not in front of the gates – then they don’t bother anyone.
wannabe pilot – Photography from Crash gate 3 can be difficult during the day and well into early evening due to the position of the sun, time wise its pretty hit and miss at EMA although Saturday is probably the quietest day.

Nice. 🙂

Thanks for the info guys, I’ll try uploading fewer images at a time to see if that helps.
