    I flew on one of them patched up 200’s of RyanAir and settled in the cruise at 18,000ft. Very enjoyable flight all the same. If you think back to what Jet2 was when it was Channel Express to what it is now and how it’s had to fight against the 2 European “Big Boys” of RyanAir and Easyjet and nowadays the likes of Monarch and Thomson etc…as well. They have got to have been doing something right to achieve their present status in the Low Cost market. All credit to them I say. As with RyanAir and Easyjet and even BmiBaby, it will only be a matter or time before they are investing in newer aircraft. There is nothing wrong with head to head competition as long as the competition is fair and lets face it, RyanAir has been known in the past for it’s bullyboy tactics. I don’t think RyanAir would be to bothered if Jet2 moved in at Stansted.

    Cheers, I will learn to go easy on the sharpening next time I try and edit some.

    Did anyone notice the CONDOR 757-300 in little collection? Was it doing a flight for TCX does anybody know? I saw it fly in the night before.

    I would love to go to Munich, looks like a great place to see some nice variation. I love all the shots of the 340’s, great aircraft.

    When did they change the limit? Or is that the limit in Scotland?

    Either way, 1 pint or a glass of wine is neither here nor there – When was the last time you or anybody drunk that amount and felt incapable or even looked incapable of doing your duty?

    It truely is pathetic regardless of the rules. Where the hell did common sense go? The powers that be are tightening the noose all the time and soon you won’t be able to trump without going to court for it.

    Well…isn’t this just as bad or even worse than the single stewardess that was reported by her fellow cabincrew for having 50mg in 100ml of alcohol in her blood – less than the British drink drive limit of 80 in 100.

    A young women just lost her career yet these wannabe so called celebs are pretending to know what they are doing in the air in the cabin. In any given emergency, how do you think they would cope FFS!!!!

    It might be humourous to get onboard but….would you feel completely safe in the hands of these wannabe comedians of the sky?!?!?!?

    Grrrrrrrr. I remember the days when div’s youst to come to MAN – back before CAT III anyway.

    Can the runways at MAN take the giant beauty yet? I was of the understanding that some of the gates at T2 had/are going to be modified to accomodate it.

    Thanks for the comments guys;). Yeah the weather wasn’t great but I think I may have slightly overdone it in the editing phase in Photoshop. I’ve only posted unedited pics before but because of the poor conditions and the poor quality of some pics, I thought i would try and have a go at changing the levels and sharpness in Photoshop. So, in all fairness, I’ve probably done myself an injustice in some of the shots. I’ve only ever done graphics in Photoshop and photo editing is kinda new to me.

    I only get to MAN on a random basis so I can’t promise to be there when anybody else is, sorry.

    EK is the 2 letter code for Emirates (but you probably already know that anyway)
