Big Aussie representation there..what with the ex Ansett birds flying for Jet2 and the OzJet 732

Isn’t the Ozjet operated by European?? Ex VH-OZQ.

I’ve never really seen the point of that, but I guess peoples interests are different!

I’m just so glad I had the opportunity to experience the Dakota for myself a couple of months ago, and what an experience it was!

Rather you than me 🙂 Not sure if I could handle an aircraft rotating at the rear first – so to speak!! Wouldn’t feel right. 🙂 Although, saying that, I’ve flown a Chipmonk and that didn’t feel right either. :diablo:

Two crashes in under half a year. One in Brussels and one in Bogota.

Considering Scott Kalitta’s deadly crash in a drag race a few weeks ago I would say that remark is a bit inapropriate.

    BLIMEY!!!!!

What we think looks good is often not what others want.
Compare your pictures to some of the images on this very site. Wow factor…..yours or theirs?

    How very true m8 😉

To start with without sounding too critical, there is more sky than plane although it is a good shot, I feel you would need to fill the frame more. I think a bit more contrast as well. Add a bit more life to the shot and you will be on a winner. 😉

Well if it wasn’t for the sturdy way that Airbus’s are built then it could have been different and even more so to the build of the wings which are made not far from here at Broughton near Chester. Held together a treat to get them safely back. 🙂

Excellent shots. Pick of the bunch there is certainly the last one of the 732. Whats all this “bye bye skyeurope” all about?

N716CK. Might have a historic photo there if Kalitta’s luck or bad luck continues!:D

Have they had some shortcomings lately?

Basically a 400 but built with new technology and more fuel efficiency.

    I think

I love the landing Ryanair, it really looks like its moving. Youve captured the speed of the thing perfectly. It just goes to show that a great picture isnt just about being in focus or straight or cropped. Well done.

AGREEEEEED. Through making what you thought was a mistake, you captured something special and something it may well take a pro a few goes to get right.

    Well done fella 😉
