Never seen the Amsterdam Airlines before, nice shot. How long they been around?

What about a tyre blowowt at high speed? I’ve seen what that does to vans,cars and HGV’s on the motorway. A near fully laden aircraft doing around 80 knots, could it have blown the other tire out and cause the rim to dig into the runway pulling it over to one side?

Just a thought.

The nose shot of EZBU is the best shot for me, give the picture a good sense of motion IMO.

On a stomp through T2 the other day, I noticed all the Electronic Check-in screens above the ThomsonFly/First Choice Check-in desk have changed to Thomson Airways. A good amunt of Staff from the FCA office in Commenwealth House have moved out, leaving only those essential until it closes completly when the move to Luton is complete. The only office to remain open willbe the combined Thomson/FCA crew room on the Mez in T2.
