After all these years and dad sadly passing away in January of this year tomorrow is f going to be a sad but exciting day.
Vince is bringing Vince senior to visit us after searching for dad for many years.
So althought these 2 veterans can sadly not meet at last, Vince senior and junior will be meeting Teds family and sharing the times that him and dad had together.
I really want to thank Key Publishing Forums as without u guys this would never have taken place..
Thanks so much
Will share all after the visit

Re the Herald registration, GA-VPN , SHE IS INDEED IN DADS LOG BOOKS.
I have only looked briefly as ther are so many Herald entries, but it looks like the first time he flew her was on April 17th 1969, Out in Rome as he was out ther training pilots on Heralds for Itavia,
Whats the reg of the herald you have? will look to see if she is in dads log book
My dad also flew the Herald…. tested them off the production line… took some to Libya for King Idris.
HI my dad was part of the 231 OCU Canberra display team, he was based at bassingbourne
dad flew dakotas in berlin Airlift 1948 onwards, did 258 sorties in Berlin Airlift, was also based at Oakington
My dad flew Dakotas for many years, have loads in his log books
My dad was at radlett with the Victor bomber as a test pilot
Would love to come up sometime and see her, hoping to go to bruntingthorpe at some point too.
dad was in Canberra OCU Display Team as well.
Have joined Lindys page on facebook.

He then went on to fly HP heralds after his Victor days
HI again have looked Teasin Tina up and dad did fly her as well. He took her for tanker production tests in 1965.
