I’m 100% certain my seats were leather in BPEC, as it had the movable headrest thing, except mine was broken and wouldn’t stay up! I will have a trawl through my old boarding cards and see if I can find the row number, but I’m pretty sure it was the rear cabain as I walked for ages to get there!

Yes, BA operated the morning flight and Iberia the afternoon one, now there is just the Iberia afternoon one. This sees BA in South America reduced to just Sao Paulo, Rio, and Buenos Aires, and all these are covered in one flight at the moment anyway.

Nope just 2 A340s, I don’t think they are in a financial situation to take delivery of any more. The flights do operate through Manchester, so they are just putting the current aircraft to more productive use by the look of things.
