    Ah yes forgot about Northcamp, it has a direct train link to Gatwick airport taking about an hour.

    It depends on the day, and varies between the 2. There is always at least one widebody, and sometimes a 734 instead of s second one.

    JAL have 2 or 3 flights into LHR depending on the day, I think two are from Narita and one is from Osaka?

    The trains are to Farnborough station, from which there are buses provided on a very regular basis (I should know I had to help organise them for my work experience in 2002 SHUDDER).
    Buses also run from Aldershot I think, but Farnborough is on the main line, Aldershot isn’t.

    What airport is closest to Farnborough?
    I may try and go, provided I can get my parents to agree and that we’re not on holiday!

    I won’t answer that with the obvious one, but Southampton has a direct train link, and Heathrow and Gatwick have indirect train links, taking 45 minutes,45 minutes, and 1 hour 30 minutes respectively (My average trip time anyway)

    Yep 757s get used just where the loads need it. LHR-MAN got a 767 today, 250 people booked on it!!!!

    Don’t see a huge amount happening in my end of the country in the next few months, lots of new routes started already, so not much will happen until the Winter.
    Just moving slightly back into dangerous waters, with the exception of the new Moscow route, does EDI have any long haul serivices?
