MONGU, do you know what aircraft BA will be operating out of EGNS when the ATP’s are retired later this year?
I wouldn’t call ba.com a benefit! It’s terrible. Never loads up the pages you want to, and if by any chance you do manage to go past stage 4, more often than not it gets a 404, and you have to start again!
Funnily enough it works worst on Broadband.

A340 313X 6Y-JMM

Hmm, last time I was in Barcelona which was the July of last year, they were immensely thorough with security. We were a party of 30, and they searched every one of us, and checked all our passports at least twice.
We didn’t look that suspicious I didn’t think!
It’s not too bad in the Winter when they are operating on 27’s, but it boils in the summer, and when they are using 09L for landing, you only see the T4 stuff finishing their roll outs, and some T1 stuff taxiing.
The one at LGW is much better, but it costs, and apparently they are doing some building work there or something?
I reckon it will remain until around 2009 when it’s airworthiness certificate expires.
The aircraft still makes a profit for BA, and it is the worlds flagship aircraft, not just BA’s.
As long as the media don’t continualy slate her, and make the publics opinion of her change, I reckon there will always be support for the worlds only supersonic airliner.
Ah right OK, from Februarys news!
That link doesn’t work!
There is nothing on the BBC’s front page either…
Where did you get this info from?
They have been studying this for a few months now, but as far as I am aware it has still not been confirmed, and your post is fairly ambiguous
Ryanair only operate Brussels and Dublin from Liverpool I think.
Also BA’s ATP’s come right up to the terminal as well, but as I don’t quite understand what you mean by a “Non-Moving Air Bridge” I’m not sure whether they will be using them or not.
Closed. You’ve got to use the visitors centre.
@ A330 Yes the roof terrace is still shut off, as are the roof car parks.
You have to use the visitors centre instead [Shudder] !
Same with GB Airways, Loganair, and Maersk UK.
They are all registered as seperate companies, but wear BA colours. However they still operate as independant divisions (With the exception of Citiexpress which is 100% owned by BA)
Aeroflot I reckon. It’s definitly T2 from the (Ex!) spectators gallery.
Hi Martin, I’m one of the new ones here as well.
Some people get all the luck (Pilot Training Scheme!).
I’m 16, but unfortunately I’m colour blind, so theres my primary career aspiration out the window!
Good luck with your training.
