I can see it now… everytime something in orbit gets hit by some debris… blame the Chinese.
When China does a space walk and a taikonaut happens to lose a wrench like what happened during one of the space shuttle missions, will there be this alarm over how that wrench might eventually hit something? You better believe it.
Does it mean anything that he has a J-10 patch on his arm?
And you know that how? Dream on!
Interesting how now all of the sudden the J-10 is pure Chinese and has nothing to do with the Lavi.
Talk about manipulating images… The J-10 is definitely larger than the Lavi. There it looks proportionately smaller.
The fact is no matter what “experts” conclude, people will always believe what they want to believe regardless of what is stated. It’s called denial. That’s why Iraq is a mess for the US.
Too bad that’s all just wishful thinking. The Chinese space program is still launching satellites even after the failure of the Sinosat 2. Setback? Maybe if it happened in your country who still can’t get a program together and just puts out lies about their space ambitions. Going to the moon soon and yet haven’t launch anyone into space? Yeah, right!
Too bad and go back to sleep where all your delusional dreams are true.
Actually more like stupidity. US R&D labs are dependent on foreigners especially the Chinese. Ten years ago I read that Chinese, American and foriegn born, make up 25% of the scientists and engineers in US R&D. It must be larger now since fewer and fewer American students go into such fields. After the Wen Ho Lee debacle, the US Congress was moving to ban all Chinese in US weapons labs, but then that policy suddenly reversed itself when Congress found out that Chinese scientists and engineers made up an important part US R&D. Damned if you do. Damned if you don’t. Maybe if American children weren’t led to believe they can all be professional athletes, rock musicians, and celebrities, the US wouldn’t be dependent on all those “foreigners” to make it Made in America!
Didn’t they just announce at the show that the WS10A is in production? Doesn’t sound like testing to me. And I still see people claim that the J-10 and 052C are completely fake and don’t exist.
So what are all those pics of mock up cockpits? There are 3 differnt ones there, haven’t seen any of them before. If i had to choose, the third one, darkest looking one, would be my j-10 cockpit pick. Not bad. Nice to see a wide angle HUD, too, unlike that narrow thing on FC1. First and second pic are a mystery to me…second one is too blurry to tell much really…but first one is totally weird. Judging by everythign, especially the made up scheme of twin tail & canard plane on one screen, first pic is of some concept cockpit.
Over at CDF there’s some speculation that it could be the mock-up cockpit of a new J-10 version or for the J-XX. Notice on the display that profile of the fighter that doesn’t look like anything in the PLAAF except for some of the speculative concepts of the J-XX.
An UAV model has been builded. A shot on the screen in Zhuhai 😀
I think it looks similar to these.
On the second pic you can see the nose in the background underneath the missile/drone on the launcher.
J-10 makes flyby at Zhuhai!
I got this from CMF.
Well, chinese will say that JF-17 is FAR AWAY the best fighter in the world untel the X-Wing fighter.
It can go Mach-200 and kill anything living at 5000 light-year distance.
All that for 2000 US$ with parts and the full of High-Octane.F-35 is only the next evolution of the P-51D.
Sounds like what they say about the LCA.
The cost of Rafales would be high, but nothing compared to the cost of the steam catapault technology they need to be carrier aircraft. The Chinese would probably only get such technology from France if they paid France to build them a new carrier with cats fitted. Otherwise the cost of the Rafales plus handing over cat technology would make F-22s look cheap.
China is already working on catapults.
Yeah well… a broken clock is right twice a day. We have a serious problem with vetting people for and securing our military programs. These are just the compromised programs we know about that end up in PRC hands.
Prove it! I see a lot of things that the Chinese would want from the US but doesn’t get yet you say everything is exposed? Americans just have a serious case of denial. Just like when they thought they were safe from Third World countries getting the nuclear bomb because they didn’t believe they had the intellectual capability to put one together. One of the co-chairs of the Cox Report believed China had to have stolen nuclear secrets because of that reason. Before all these allegations of stealing, the vast majority of Americans didn’t even know China had nukes since 1964. Don’t tell me they stole them then when the communist witch hunts of the 1950s cleaned out the labs of any potential security risks. Americans have an excuse for everything. And don’t say the Russians gave China the bomb when it was Russia dragging its feet on the promise of giving the bomb which was one of the major reasons why they split during the Cold War. It use to be that China got everything from the Russians. Now you claim everything is stolen from the US? Make up your minds. And Americans think China only dishes out propaganda?
Here is some additional help they received in tech gain…

It must be true because the world knows the US government and media don’t lie… i.e. WMDs in Iraq and the NYTimes.
