Here is my video of WR963 taxying yesterday evening. Great to see her move under her own power and can’t wait to see her next taxy in 2015!

I am happy to have seen others share my video on other forums, so please feel free to share this link on other forums if you wish!

WR963 is due to run all four engines on Saturday 28 September at 1.30pm in its usual place on the grass. Access through the West Gate as usual.

The taxy run was cancelled due to a fuel leak in engine #2.

    Hi everyone,
As the timings of the Shackleton Taxi Run today have not been published yet, here they are:
The Shackleton is planned to start its’ engines at 1330L for the taxi test, after exiting the old ‘AIRBASE’ outdoor enclosure, it will turn left onto Taxiway alpha to then turn right into the old runway 17-35 which is now Taxiway Bravo, it will turn around then to come back the same way to the old AIRBASE. A reminder that access should be available through the western gate where the AIRBASE shop was.

    G-LOFC Final Departure times, SAT27 APR 2013

Rumour correct. G-LOFC arriving on Sat 27th @0130 and departing at 1000 to Buffalo in Canada. I expect to see quite a few there.

G-LOFC is arriving @ CVT on Saturday at 0130, and is departing to Canada on SATURDAY NOT SUNDAY at 1000. JOE-FBS, when you mentioned a white 737 with green stripes, I don’t believe it does have green stripes, it only wears ‘Atlantic Airlines’ titles on the side (G-JMCM).

Yep. I plan to get finalised times for FC on Thursday next week, It is landing some time on the 27th and leaving sometime on the 28th. No idea what’s happening with FB or JV. I’ll post times by Friday and get them to CAvEG on Thursday. The end of an era.

    G-LOFC

Well, some news on FC. when I was at CVT for FE’s departure to Buffalo, someone who had worked on her said that FC was going to go in a few months. Been looking it up and it seems that they’re acquiring some B737-400s.
