I dont see why we cannot compare the LCA or FC-1 to any other 4th gen fighter or each other, it is not the fault of any decent member that certain memebrs who live in paradise cannot take certain facts correctly and prefer to insult, they should simply be banned. Ok so the missiles of the MiG would not hit due to the advanced EW on Air Force One but then once 3 MiGs got into cannon range, the huge boeing was seen outmanouvering them and missing, then the MiGs were completely dominated by the F-15s, the F-15s had chaff and flare, the MiGs did not, and were easily blown apart.

We can assume that the J-10 will form the high tech branch of the PLAAF, as for the FC-1, the CAC website mentions that it is medium tech, dont accuse me of flaming for stating what the official site says. I do not think that anyone really knows what kind of avionics the Thundur will have for them to claim neat avionics either. Except for its price, there is nothing really special about the FC-1, the MiG-29As of the IAF have had BVR for years, I don’t see MiG advertising about BVR all the time as Wolverine said. You people must get a reality check, its good to be optimistic but the facts remain facts, 8.5G puller with 80% the aerodynamics capabilities of an F-16A for God’s sake as per CHINESE AND PAKISTANI WEBSITES. Noone is saying that the FC-1 will be garbage, its just not high tech. The tooling used by the Chinese is better than the design of the plane itself.

Pakistan should not have a problem with getting radars such as the Grifo etc, for 150 planes, many a company would want to do business, I doubt that Kopyo would be in the running though since the IAF is familiar with that family of radar.
