A small request if i may. If anyone has a photo of a G2 fromthe late 70’s early 80’s Registration PJ-ABA {cn 163} , i saw it at LGW and wasn’t able to take photo’s at the time. If anyone has a half decent image they could post or knows of a www. location i would appreciate it.:)
21st Century Foss The very book i was thinking of.
I also have many Sci-Fi books of various authors with his work on the front cover.Just the sight of a book with one of Chris Foss’s artwork would make me want to read the book.
I always thought he could paint something like a spaceship looking so far advanced, yet seemingly so familiar and rooted in today.

Reading that comic reminds me of Battlestar Galactica,Star Trek and a bit of 2001.

Great photo’s thanks for posting.
I will admit i don’t like the Modern airliners, It’s everything seems to be twin engined samey same wether it’s Airbus or Boeing.
I do however very much like the Boeing 747 and the DC-10. [i know it’s a MD-11 but to an old spotter like me it’s a DC-10!!]
Stunning to think that in the ‘Combat’ shots there is a guy taking these pictures while all around are fighting a battle. Bravery indeed to capture what was happining.
