I disagree, the only view i find ungainley for want of a better word is the head on shot. Very odd profile, other than that beautiful, but as we all know beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I agree worst episode of the new DW so far this season, but who cares when you have the gorgeous Amelia Pond to gaze at.:D
Thanks for posting great shots of one of my fave types. Love this Cat’s scheme shows of the lines of a beautiful bird.
Seen the first 3 Resident Evil films and enjoyed them all. Now it seems we are finally to get a fourth, Resi Afterlife .Plus it’s got lots of flying things in it.
The Yak in the foreground is the Heroine’s transport in at least part of the movie.

Re-joice at her death no ,just upset that she did not take advantage of her first transplant. Due to the organ donation situation in this and probably many other countries including Oz most people do not get a second chance.
Those that do [like me] should be very grateful of the oppurtunity someonelse’s [or their family’s ]decision has given them and not pi*s it away. A sad end to situation that could well have been averted.

Didn’t fly in the Tiger at Duxford but did do a quick aerobat in a Tiger at Shoreham in the nineties, fantastic machines, pay the extra and do that as well if you can, open air aviation it’s a blast literally!:D
Saw the last episode a couple of weeks ago. They do have a harsh old time out there in the cold, and some interesting ah……experiences!.
Apparently they are all set to film the second series if they haven’t started already.
Well worth a watch even if just for the flying eyecandy.
A photographer for a national magazine was assigned to take pictures of a great forest fire. He was advised that a small plane would be waiting to fly him over the fire.
The photographer arrived at the airstrip just an hour before sundown. Sure enough, a small Cessna airplane was waiting. He jumped in with his equipment and shouted, “Let’s go!” The tense man sitting in the pilot’s seat swung the plane into the wind and soon they were in the air, though flying erratically.
“Fly over the north side of the fire,” said the photographer, “and make several low-level passes.” “Why?” asked the nervous pilot. “Because I’m going to take pictures!” yelled the photographer. “I’m a photographer, and photographers take pictures.”
The pilot replied, “You mean you’re not the flight instructor?”
