After a long winter/spring service XX900 will be doing her shake down runs next week, where (subject to serviceability) she will join the other 2 Bricks on the runway on the open day.
So we can see more things like this:

This Good Friday, Bruntingthorpe.

The arrival of XX889 at Brunters. What a flight line we will have!

I was told that it was very similar to those in a Lanc as you say, but the next generation on, maybe ok for a restoration project? But whats it doing in the stores at Binners in 86?
Just been to see whats happening, it looks like they have got it under control, fingers crossed. So much history has taken place in there.

Its has large recycling items in there. Believe, you can here it popping and banging.
This is a shot of the main personnel entrance doors.
There has been thoughts, maybe not on that scale, But the main thing is the cost when being a private airshow, things go out of control like having to pay for pilots perks etc it all adds up and leaves a very small window of profit. So for now and long may it continue is the Open days.
No she’s not had a paint job(not yet anyway), its just a good old clean up and a large amount of WD. Thats me underneath her just about to connect the air starter to her Stbd engine.
Many thanks for the compliment. Matt
Next Brunters open day penciled in for MAY 29TH 2011
If serviceability allows you will see three fully live and fuctioning Buccs.
Aswell as all the other aircraft that are based here.
900 being prept for another fast run!
Taken at Brunters around 5 years ago for Discovery Wings, Voice over by Harry Enfield.
When you see this and it only shows two aircraft just think, all volunteers running this massive collection and you could be part of it.

Making a differance
Having read our request for new volunteers, Mike with 16 years RAF experience has made the calling, Hercs, JP’s, SeaVixen he is going to be made very welcome here. I for one would like to say a big thanks to Mike and look forward to working with him.
A Tornado or Harrier could be on the cards but for the want of manpower this is not possible, So be like Mike and be part of the Uk’s largest living aircraft collection.
MIke and Dave Walton owner of the collection and MD of C.Walton Ltd meet and talk aircraft.

Hi thanks for your reply. No you dont have to have any previous history with working on aircraft. But if youve got the passion for aircraft you will be able to lend your hand to anything here, Learning curve. And the results, the big open days which we all enjoy but none of it is possible without volunteers. Hope this helps
Thanks Bucc900
NIMROD: The Mighty Hunter. Betrayed by its clueless and blundering master!
