    Prove it.

First, Id like to inform you, 1MAN, that GarryB is probably one of the largest, most influential pro-Russian peoples on this forum…… id be careful with who you disagree with.

And GarryB, while i may and usually disagree with you 9 times out of 10, i respect ya, for the most part u dont get into the mine is bigger than yours debates. (understandably its sometimes hard to stay away from).

Second, dont belive the western media when it comes to definite military things…….Ive seen them confuse F-15s with F-14s for godsakes…….

And this whole thing, the RUSSIANS overfly a CBG is getting old……….Its old hat, the bomber, or MPA in this case was identified early on etc etc…..ZThis is just training………

Oh And 1MAN, if the so called, “WWIII” is coming, i pray for you, your family, mine, and everyone elses……….this is nothing, i repeat, NOTHING any country wants under any circumstance, even us evil Americans.

Quite frankly, personally, I feel we should get the Russians and Chinese involved more in the middle east……..therefore……….promising a good supply of oil to all of us, but thats just my non-educated ass. From all sides that is.

Yes pray that the Constitution is addministered accordingly, to avoid a coming REAL HOLOCOST, Americans are not evil, it’s thier elected “officials” that are 100% evil, weather GarryB is pro-Russian or not means nothing, if he posts something that is wrong, and I have the answer then I’ll disagree with him.

Yo, 1BOY which references claim ALL F-15s have ever been grounded?

You have no idea how hard I laugh when you question me:D

The fact that the Russians are now flying all over the place rather than just flying over their own territory is a reflection that they have resumed long range flight training. Flying within 5 miles of a carrier group is hardly buzzing it. They mention that it flew only a few hundred metres above the level of the carrier but that presumably was important when they thought it was a high flying strategic bomber. An MPA like the Tu-142 on the other hand spends a lot of time much closer to the water so low flying Bears are the norm rather than the exception in this case. They fact that they misidentified the aircraft type just shows how long the gap has been, but I also think part of the real issue is that… hey… we won the cold war… why are you guys still there doing things… and when are you going to start buy western military equipment like Germany and Japan did when we beat them?

Last I checked the USSR beat Germany/ 80% of the German forces were in the east fighting Russia.

I doubt that very much! Otherwise, why does Russia waste its time buzzing US Carrier Battle Groups. Just like old times she thinks by intimating other countries she will get the respect she things she deserves…….Which, has never worked nor will it.

I can assure 100000% the west not only respects but fears Russia to the point of not prevoking any real war-like actions, but you can good ahead and believe what ever “FANTACY” you want, I’m just sitting here counting down to the coming WORLD WAR 3. (AND it is coming wheather you like it or not)

I might agree with you there,There are more than enough “Russophiles” on this forum who wouldn’t!;)

Well that would be true if Russia didn’t upgrade a lot of thier weapons in the 90’s.

it won’t be too long till a bear breaks and the crew have to be rescued, wonder who will be doing the rescuing….?

Yeah and despite taking an estimated 21,000 casualties and are still fighting an intense asymmetric warfare scenario worse than the one which is being faced in Iraq and Afghanistan. From 2001 to present the casualty figures in Chechnya have been worse than those in Iraq and Afghanistan, and that figure shows no sign of declining.

WHO took a 21,000 Army K.I.A. not Russia, sources please?

“p.s. I can assure you the “fighting spirit” of W.P. especially Russia is much more higher than anything the U.S./NATO has ever delt with”

you sure about that 1Man? Conscription armed forces tend not to want to do a great job, see Mr Hussains Iraqi army as a prime example. I didn’t see the Russian forces in chechneya for example looking very effective at all, possitivly 3rd rate infact.

HAHAHAHA, what a joker you are, the war has been over for 3 1/2 years now, (2 weeks from now it will be 5 YEARS in Iraq and the war isn’t over,) only small resistance here and here, btw how’s the Brits doing in Basra, last I looked they were getting caught acting like Iraqi Sunni’s trying to blow things up.

I’m not to sure why your laughing about Afghanistan to be honest, looks like the ‘west’ got it right while the Russian war there was truley a qaugmire of epic proportions, this war pales in comparison when you consider the amount of deaths the Soviets took, infact i do wonder if the ‘west’ is perhaps fighting the most lop-sided war ever in the history of warfare when it comes to casultys and the death count, a most startling differance from how the Russians got on there that even you cannot deny…. Edit: i wouldn’t worry about the Muj infiltrating the ‘western’ forces, were not daft enough for that unlike some.

The west is not doing the samething as Russia, (Complete invasion based on changing Afghan to a western style nation) if they were the resistance would be the whole nation, and not factions against U.S./NATO like right now.

I never said there all conscripts, but yeah if the backbone of your army and Navy is made up of conscripts then its not to clever at all, i think you get my point. Are the Russians planning on going ‘fully profesional’ in thier military?

Conscripts perform just as good if not better than “professinal” men, what you say is non-scense 1000% just because U.S./U.K. pick on weak small nations and beat them, doesn’t mean thier socalled “proffecinal Army” worked better than “conscripts”:D 😀 😀 😀

yeah but with regards to the vodka issue, some 50% of Russian men are dying by the age of 50 due to alchol so it is a very real problem not one imagined by the western media.

If that were true there would be like 5-6 Million 50/50+ year olds dying each year which would be impossible to hide, thats like 13,698 dead every DAY, that would be noticable, those are nothing but lies, with no facts to back ’em up.

That had crossed my mind. They also both refer to the same flawed sources and make the same false comments.

From a person how hasn’t provided ANY proof that those sourcses are flawed, comes begging for some new sorces about Russia’s modern Space weapons, ha, you YANKS are so perdictable, no prove my sources wrong.:D

Just curious here, how do you know its all lies spread by the west and how do you know what the vast majority of Russians believe?

My friend has an Uncle and his best friend works in the GRU (and I’m not kidding)
