I am getting tired of this, as you do not seem to understand: Building a model, even a flying one, does not mean you have designed an airplane. It means you have designed (and built) a flying model, and congratulations for that. I do not think I could, or would, do even that. But a model is a model, and an airplane is an airplane. Systems, airworthiness, power plant, approvals etc… But this should be clear to anyone with even basic understanding of flying and designing airplanes.

I’ll tell yo what is wrong with it: You never designed it. You may have made three view drawings of it, but that is not designing. Not even if you made a model of it, as it looks like. I do believe that nobody was interested.
And you are right, I should have better things to do on my off-days than follow a grown man’s Walter Mitty-dreams of being a designer.

I can understand Wanderlei perfectly well. I do not write very entertainingly, and do not understand this subject enough to write anything about it. I am just trying to tell the, possibly unsuspecting, followers that this is a case of Emperor’s new Clothes. I do develope the VAWT and then the solar/electric hybrid passenger plane ( possibly Hippiäinen first to gain knowledge ). I have specs for the solar airliner…at 40 meter span it has 30 passengers and 150 kts cruise at 50 000 ft. The solar energy planes with electric engines large dia props can go fast at high ( Helios went 7 x faster at 100 000 ft than on the sea level ). This is so advanced that it needs only 50% more power for the ascent from the batteries in addition to the solar power.

It has better powerloading/wingloading ratio than the U-2 spyplane.
