i never say that all sea harrier will be retire, but you cannot lie that none will be retire when they cut down. that is when they can buy more for the invincible. plus when harrier is old, India can try to go for the JSF. you can say anything you want but JSF is better than MiG-29K

Any carrier China is getting is not going to do much power projection anywhere unless they get their ASW up to par. We’ll not talk about getting a level of capability enough to counter USN subs (practically no chance for the forseeable future), but a level needed to counter the Collins, Type 214s, Oyashios and Scorpenes and Challengers in the region.

Who say China want to fight Australia or Pakistan? The carrier is to show power in defending Nansha Islands. Illegal occupier of Nansha is Vietnam and Filipinos. they do not have dangerous navy, they are not dangerous at all. only problem one is Japan because they hold some of Chinas islands like Diaoyutai and Ryukyu and Okinawa, they have a strong hold.

Invincible & her sisters can only operate STOVL aircraft. They’re too small for STOBAR. No more Harriers are being built, so you can’t buy ships to operate Harriers from them. The only potential STOVL replacement is the F-35B, so buying a STOVL ship ties India to buying it – if the USA will sell it. And if it will, whether it’ll be on terms India finds acceptable.

what is the problem. India can buy Invincible and use Sea Harier on it, no need to buy new airplane. Plus lot of Sea Harier and Land Harier to be on the market when the British sell the Invincible. The Sea Harier already have success on Mirage.. the airplane Pakistan use. maybe it will have tough time, reallytough time when Pakistan use FC-1 though. but it is better than say MiG-29. It will use most of the fuel just for take off, then have to return to carrier so soon.

mabe they should go for FC-1 to replace J-7 series they have. Egypt can make K-8 on the own now and China will probably let Egypt make FC-1 too like Pakistan is. I do not see anyone make MiG-29 on their own. it have two engines but it cannot fly anywhere. Maybe for Israel it is better they buy MiG-29, because they will be happy when Egypt buy a type that has been shoot down so many times.

If alcohol is needed to make your jokes funny perhaps you need to work on your jokes rather than expect a drunk audience to appreciate your (lack of) Humour.

Have seen a ground to air mock up of it, but not any live missiles on an aircraft. Of course I haven’t seen the new special under water assault rifle they have introduced that can fire underwater ammo and normal 5.45mm ammo too either. The latter entered service in 2002.

i guess maybe not funny to some because they do not know alot on Russian program buying
