Wonderful Sandown!

Sandown has long been a favourite destination of mine. Always a friendly reception and an interesting mix of aircraft types and aviators.

The new management are making a huge effort with the new building and improvements to runway drainage etc. so, Janie, I thoroughly agree – let’s all head for Sandown on Monday and show that we appreciate their hard work!

I have arranged, subject to weather, for three aircraft to head down from Thruxton – I’ll look out for a certain Chipmunk when I arrive…
