Good Luck to both projects!! that fact that individuals are trying to acheive something is only to be commended ..as for what people consider to be stable and unstable projects..don`t even go there LOL.
Interesting..So Guns that are dug up as a part of aircraft archeology..do they have to be deactivated?,even bent `weapons` when recovered? or are they automatically confiscated?

Type likely to be Wellington 1A,possibly 9 squadron,,Turret type I think FN25..(although these were also fitted to Manchesters and Whitleys).don`t know what the bits are.
