    Are you talking about Ransomes scrapyard on Bunns lane on the outskirts of Frome?…If so, I`ll pop in tomorrow and give you an update

    I have never seen a scanning dish but i do have all the other stuff for AGLT including the large 207 control box that the gunner operates in the turret. will post some photos soon.

    As regards the turrets in pits ,it`s totally true as I ought a Lacaster FN 82 rear turret from this excavation.There were FN 50`s,FN82`s ,FN5`s and FN 120`s the latter only being fitted to Lancs and all the rest used on Lancs.
    Can anyone suggest where the turrets possibly came from ??? …and don`t say a Lancaster Base !!.
