But will these long routes (4hours +) suit Ryanair’s business model? Still good news that they are doing the expansion, and the Canary Islands and Malta did seem to be the next logical places they would expand to.

I think FCLJ is the 3rd (and final IIRC) aircraft thats configured that way.

Should be one of the nice Boeing 757-200(187s). They have 187 seats and a greater seat pitch than the other 757-200s. They also have leather seats, however TCX will be putting Leather Seats in all their aircraft this winter.

Does anybody know the registrations of the two 757-200(187s)?

Flew on a MyTravel DC10-10, which was very nice. And also on G-RJGR, one of the old 757s that MyTravel (Airtours) flew, which was #8 off the production line.

Its very good to see Jet2 doing some expansion from Manchester, even more so on a route that deserves a good service. I can see both Jet2 and BACON doing very well with the departure of Alitalia. Although its a bit sad to lose a Womble . Good news though on the whole! 🙂
