Great pictures there Danny! Glad to see you saw some nice things!
I walked up the steps and went through the gates and got to the back of the fire station, however it got confusing as there was a path heading downwards to the right into some bushes and overgrowth, and a path going up the side of the hill. As it was a boiling hot day and there was bees and wasps all over the place I decided it was a bad idea. But was the path heading into the bushes the right way in the first place?
Could this be another airline like FlyWho….always giving dates, and never managing to stick to them?
More excellent shots there Danny! Nice to see the George Best Dash-8, and lucky you for catching the Air Slovakia 732! The Jet2 757 looks very nice too. Well done! 🙂
Great Pictures there!
We’ll just have to wait and see!
I agree. My post wasnt intended to discredit the organisation or owner, just some facts about flySunJet. And the opinions expressed in the quote of my previous post arent necessarily mine. However we will have to wait and see, and hopefully something positive may come from this. 🙂
The owner of the flysunjet domain has an e-mail address of goboyracer, need I say more you gullible lot. The picture of the couple on the beach is old Thomson advertising. I am sure Thomson would have something to say ref plagiarism!

I only took a couple of photos on the way out to Gerona, so here they are (taken when I had my small Olympus camera):

Before departure to Gerona

After landing in Gerona
They use Sunways Holidays as a partner, if this helps?
Are Greece Airways/Air Scotland planning on changing their name to Topjet Airways as they announced a few weeks back? I’m not too sure Thomas Cook may like them using their callsign as a name
Hi, were you at the Airport Pub? I visited MAN today and went to the pub for the remainder of the afternoon to watch the TU-154 come in….it was one heavy smoker.
Thanks for the link, I have tried that site before, and from the sounds of things, basically I have to go up the stairs after the 2 road tunnels under the runway, past the new fire station and then walk up another hill and I should be at 24L rotation?
G-DPSP was used in ultimate force by the way.
I made sure I didnt miss the episode. Was nice to see G-DPSP again. Riding the DC10 felt like an Ultimate Force. The sheer power is incredible.
I hearby do delcare that BA and my travel!! should bring back the DC-10 show them girl’y airbuses how its done!!
I agree! DC10s are the real deal, noisy, bulky and pure metal. And make aviation much more exciting. Long live the DC10.
As for their name, I think I prefer the McFlurry story.
I still believe thats where they got their name from, a band like them are more likeley to have got it whilst queuing for their meal than a movie.
