ik, i dont want to be offensive but the UK:
-did NOT wanted to wanted to set its clocks on CET a couple of years ago.
-did NOT join the β¬ in 2001
-does NOT want to join the EU defence force
-does HARDLY work together for european cooperation.
so my question is why is the UK still in the EU.
i think they could really cut back on defence spending when joining the EU joint defence, cause the way i see it, alot of EU and NATO countries get certain discounts when buying military hardware from each other. so i think it would benefit the UK’s economy
PS: if this post has offended anyone, i appologies to those offended.
Or a RN Sea Harrier for that matter?
if you look closer to the image, you will see that its a Harrier GR.3
not a sea harrier
i dont think Iran would be stupid enough to declare war, if you look at a map, they are practicly surrounded by US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. so the US is holding all the trump cards in this game.
Iran only has to make one more insult on the west and Israel, and the coalition will hit Iran like a titlewave.
however, it wont be as easy like in iraq and Afghanistan, since Iran has a verry good equiped Defence force (Mig-29, F-14A, AH-1…..)
so i think Iran is going to be a second Vietnam for the US.
A Dutch F-4F (sorry, print only)

This aircraft was repainted on the July, 11th 1983 by Dutch technicians at
Twenthe Air Base into a Dutch F-4 βPhantom IIβ. The aircraft flew two times in
this livery. During the flights parts of the self adhesive markings went lost.
On the next evening all markings where removed again and the rudder was
repainted into its original colour scheme. The code TW313 on the left side and
TW315 on the right side represented the two Twenthe based Dutch Squadrons. π
there was something about that in AFM last year (i think the april issue), kinda looks like an NH-90 on steroids π
hope to see more off it soon π

Today, the belgian gouverment will decide the faith off the seaking by announcing the purchase off 8 to 10 NH-90’s (possibly the 6 to 8 TTH & 2 NFH versions).
