All Skyteam airlines have really dirty fleets for some reason.

CSA have a perticulary dirty fleet.

Nice to hear about your flights. 🙂

I will flying flybe. for the first time next week from Liverpool to Glasgow, heard nothing but good reports about them so I’m really looking forward to it.

How did you find the Dash 8 Q400?

Been to it every single time, gonna give it a miss tommorrow though. Its not perticulary good for civil aviation items, mostly military.

    Worth a look though.

Astraeus are really doing poor out of Leeds this year, that’s what you get when you base an unreliable B737-300 there!

Just goes to show folks. Any aircraft left in the hands of an airline that doesn’t take care of it can suffer from a rash of tech problems.
Its not just Boeing’s that are falling apart after all, eh 😉

Do you really have to end every post with this pro Boeing nonsense.

Southside at MAN is great, you can get much much closer then at the Viewing Park.

    Great shot!

After all – How many holiday makers will actually care that the airline they are flying on has been rebranded?

This is very true, but it is a problem when they want to book maybe a Thomson holiday but they actually go into Thomas Cook because they sound all too similar this happens quite a bit since the rebrand.

They will regret it in the long run.

The Britannia/Thomsonfly whatever re-brand hasn’t been a good idea at all in my opinion. Britannia was fine so was Hapag-Lloyd, but they had to re-brand everything and I think personally this is a disaster.

    Great shame! 🙁

I never said it was…….. I was referring to Dan talking about getting a DSLR, a DSLR will be better than the other cameras they were talking about.

Ok, sorry about that mate. 🙂

Wow! I think this has to be one of the most original colourschemes ever created.

    I’m loving it! 😀

    The DSLR of course 😉

DSLR’s (Digital Single Lens Reflex) is a specific name for the type of camera, DSLR isn’t a make of camera. The Canon EOS 20D/10D/300D Nikon D70 etc are DSLR’s.

No offence, but that’s a fairly ordinary picture.

My thoughts exactly. What is so special about it? I don’t think it warrants picture of the day either!

Typical over priced BA flights as always. £115 is a heafty price for lets say a 30 min flight on a ATP which are not the nicest of aircraft to fly on.

Apperently it floated all the way down the runway and landed well past the normal touchdown zone. Which is more of a factor at LBA as it doesn’t have the biggest runway in the world.
