Remember the day they following the Lufthansa A320 from Heathrow to Germany x2 or 3 and back? That was a bit different, liked it, especially the view coming back to Heathrow.

I forgot to mention that one. That has to be the best episode, a great insight into a typical day of an airline pilot. Hope they show it again on UKPeople!

Because it’s called Airport not Airline or Aircraft. :rolleyes:

Got to be honest, didnt think it was that bad, thought it was better than the last couple of series.

Airline still top for me though, looking forward to it coming back again 🙂

I thought the last few series of Airport were the best. Remember a few episodes where they concentrated on Icelandair, the Czech Airlines coverage of one of the cabin crew being trained. And the rather good looking Maria of Cyprus Airways! :p

Airline is better now though, its a shame because Airport never seems to feature anything about aircraft anymore. I mean who wants to see people getting there car booked episode after episode, why not concentrate on a little more on aircraft like Airline?

I think the episode “Fire and Emergency” might be the one that featured the bmi A320 that had an engine fire on take-off going to CDG. That was shown on Wednesday.

No, it said “next week on airport”

Sorry but it didn’t. That was Wednesday’s episode which said that at the end, the man then said “airport will be screened tommorow (Thursday) instead of next Wednesday”.

Then at the end of yesterday’s episode the man at the end clearly stated that the new series of airport was to begin later in the year. That was the last episode of the current series.

Because this thread is about the name Hapag Lloyd being dropped for Hapagfly!

That might be the case but Hapag-Lloyd Express are now known as HLX.COM. As depicted on their revised livery that is being painted on to their aircraft.
