My Gran used to get turkey necks and gizzards from the butchers and boil them up for the dog. That used to be pretty awful!!

I remember walking past a restaurant once, and the smell coming from there, was absolutely revolting. I can’t remember what restaurant it was now, but whatever it was they were serving to their customers, sure smelt bad. 🙁

So every new president gets to design their own rug then. He then says Laura designed it. Presumably his wax crayon picture of a B52 bombing the bejesus out of something was vetoed by his administration?!!! :dev2:

    RIP
Remembered for the brilliant New Avengers and unfortunately for the dodgy hand movements in the Nescafe adverts! 🙁

Nice to remember someone with a laugh and a smile. 🙂

I remember it very well. Friends of ours contemplated buying Yew tree Farm in about ’79ish, but after viewing Christine could not bear the thought of living there.
How come the most likely suspect, Hubert Spencer, was never arrested and charged? Is he still alive?
I have to question the decision. Public relations obviously not their strong point.

    Commons Hansard document here.

It was a bad couple of years for high profile murders in the midlands. I remember Lesley Whittle (heiress to Whittle coach firm) was murdered by the ‘black panther’ Donald Neilson (1975 I think?). Nasty business.
