The TCX flight is for 2 weeks only. MON and TOM will operate all summer round however

    Right, just to correct Lukeylad.

The runway at NCL is not 2,500 metres, but actually 2,332 metres.

The Monarch flight stops off in the Dominican Republic on it’s way to Cancun.

    747s can operate from Newcastle.

And AFAIK, the runway is not being extended this winter, but rather it’s being resurfaced.

99% of the time it’s the 738. Sometimes a sub to the 752 or 733 though

Pretty sure both TCX 753s are at LGW this summer, so I’d think the TCX flight would be a 752

MME used to see heavies on a more regular basis than NCL did (before EK started).
747s, DC-10s, A330s and B767s used to do regular flights to the Gulf (normally Qatar) for the military.
Dunno if there has been any recently though?

    Nice pics btw 🙂

FedEx have been opping NCL-MAN for a few weeks now, using ATR42s.
NCL-CDG is additional, and will prob be operated by a Farnair F27 or West Air Bae ATP

You could never doubt them using an A321 though, however im curious to know what TCX a/c i have missed out on.

    MAN-SOF = 757-200
TCX also fly LGW-SOF with an A320 IIRC

TS are doing the last 3 weeks of the TCX YYZ flight. Think it’s a split load with either Gatwick, or Glasgow.

Air Transat will operate weekly from NCL next summer using A310s to Toronto, split load with Exeter

Arrived from Kiev (positioned in empty?) and went out to Mobile, Alabama.
FWIW, they are Ukrainian a/c and not Russian 😉

Yes with ease mate. We had 3 in a few years back for the gate gormet strikes. They can fit fine on stand 9 which is the stand EK use.

Ye should stop telling lies… 😀
NCL has never seen a 777-300(non ER or ER).
There is 2 or 3 stands capable of taking them, but AFAIK, they are remote stands.

Looks like it’s leaving around 9am’ish Tuesday morning as well, so short turnaround 🙁
    Still, they’ll be back 😀
