North Weald is quite close to Stansted airport, around 15 miles North East of London City. Do you have the CAA aeronautical chart 1:500,000 of the South-East? If you find London City on there you will see it’s just between LCY and STN. Anyway, enough of my hopes, it’s way too far! It would take atleast an hour, probably 2, in a Pa-28. Not to worry

Thanks again LBARULES, hopefully they’ll be more to come this year if I get any more flights booked.

And I was just gonna say that Brenmc, if you’ve got any comments like that then please keep them to yourself, we don’t want any more of the stupid arguments we had a couple of weeks ago.

All those flights ‘holding overhead’. How long can they do that for? Isn’t it more sensible just to divert?

We had about an hour of quite heavy snow yesterday around 4pm, but as it had been raining, the ground was wet and it didn’t settle. Shame, when it happened last year I got 2 days off school because all the roads were blocked 😀

Air Berlin 737 landing in Funchal. I’ve promised myself that one day, I’m gonna get a DSLR, and book a 2 week holiday in the hotel this was taken from! And that’s a promise!
