We’ll have to set a date to meet up, mibbe DME would like to join us and he can exhange a pint or three at the Inchinnan Tavern for some photo cropping tips ? (lol) 😀

Aye, that could be arranged. The pics look OK on the back of the camera but the it all goes :confused:

Terrible news. Possibly 50 dead now, and no doubt more injured.

Why, why, why? If people don’t like the way we live, then accept it and move on. Don’t blo66y kill us.

Still doesn’t compare to the thousands of innocent Iraqi’s that have been killed recently…….

Let’s end all this.

Great shots there DME, sounds like the trip was alot of fun.
Were you at 4,000ft over the mountains or higher?

I was at around 3300-3500 over the hills. The highest point is 2700 (Goat Fell)

On the way back I might have went a little closer 😉

Oban is beautiful, strange approach and the folk are very nice.

Nope, that was return.

I tried to see how much a return was from Glasgow to Barra, but the BA booking engine is a sneaky little thing. There are plenty of £29 plus tax fares around (each way) but you can’t seem to get a £58 plus tax round trip.

If you could, then a return trip would only be £120 or there abouts.

But like I say, I’d definitely be up for it.

That’s an excellent price for £196 from LHR to GLA and onto BRR and all the way back again…. Think it’s £114 return for me.
