What sort of finance did she get? Was she using your house as security? Was it a loan or credit cards? I’m pretty sure you have no case to answer. Most Companies will write it off as a bad debt in no time. I’m sure a house is not ‘black listed’ anymore, I think it’s the person, i.e. this fool, not you.

I don’t think you should have to dis-prove your involvement, it was your house – that’s where it ends. I think as soon as you explain to the various you should hear no more.

Eh, Cessna or Tomahawk. Maybe 100 each way, plus security charge, plus fuel surcharge etc etc 😀

Nah, about 100 each way. Don’t know how much a landing and overnight parking is at BFS.
