Doesn’t really matter if Nail Clippers and metal cutlery is allowed on board again, I can just as easily take a bottle of Vodka on board, smash it and threaten folk!
I imagine the Cockpit crew will never open their door if they suspect an attack.

Sly?
Lying?
Creep?
Which one do you feel is not an accurate decription of the man?
Moggy
Yep, he does a good job of stirring it up and then he simply shuts up and goes onto his next idea.

I’ll be voting, although I never did before. I do feel it will not make much difference though.

Yes, have a good one. Best wishes.

Andy, I worked in the Railways after privatisation.
Minimum of 8 hours pay per job, but you could be working for 3 different contractors, going from site to site. Be at each site for one hour and be getting paid 3 x 8 hours but actually only work 3-4 hours plus driving time.
If I was employed by one body and paid to cover all sites, say £180 per day instead of 3x £180, shareholders would gain more, more money to be invested into infrastructure and more money invested in safety….

Looks like it will be a pretty boring game – do you think England will put out a 1st Team?
Prediction 5-1

I think that corporate manslaughter can have a place. Take recent rail disasters for example. In Potter’s Bar, the points had not been fixed properly, causing a train to crash and people to be killed, at Hatfield the rail was in such bad condition it shattered and caused the derailing of a train and the deaths of several people. Those accidents were preventable by proper maintenance of the tracks, but there is so much emphasis on cost cutting that lives are put in danger needlessly. Firms like that should be tried with corporate manslaughter because they were down to negligence and would probably not have happened if various companies got off their backsides and did their jobs instead of counting the costs and the profits.
I used to work for the Railway and I’ve never seen so much money wasted by mis-management.

Andy,
fair enough it will increase – employers should look after employees, but it’s policticians who seem to get off free 🙁

That reminds me of a report I read about a cop who was snapped going into a bookies, and the police were going to launch a full investigation – what a waste of time, the guy might have been on lunch.

Crazy, that’s vile. Maybe if a female had tasted the Korma first she may have twigged and recognised the taste of the unwanted ingredient!!!!

Common wisdom in eateries the world over is NEVER send food back. Lord only knows what the kitchen staff will do to/in it. A friend of mine once sent a curry back at a restaurant on Curry Mile in Rusholme Manchester. Next day, when he had his stomach pumped you really don’t want to know what was found…
No, I do want to know….go on.

My mate has a cat which brought a mouse in for him as a gift. He wrapped the mouse up in tin foil and proceded down to meet me and some mates in our local. We ordered some food and drinks then kidded on we had just spotted the mouse and killed it, the bar lady came over and said as long as we don’t say anything we can have the stuff for free – hahaha.

Perhaps the sign should have said this……..

Yeah Neil and Tim were playing in London for 3 or 4 nights. It’s decent of them to cancel out of respect, if they do cancel that is.
