    Grazing Sheep, If it’s Mull.

I think Bmused55 meant that the object on the Runway was a factor in the crash but not the main cause. Had this happened to another aircraft type, it would have been able to climb out and return if need be.

As the underside of Concorde was flawed it allowed this mishap to turn into a disaster.

Yeah, I’m working in the city centre so I don’t think I’d get much signal.

I was thinking along the lines of someone with a good signal, broadcasting it over the net. No luck though, all I can do is sit and listen to 5 woman talk about diets 😀

It could have been one of the cleaners or the techs that touched it without informing the cabin crew (it may not be in the checklist to check windows before every flight).

I remember a Shorts 360 lost it’s cockpit overhead escape hatch due to some cabin crew training. They opened it to show the trainees how it operates and it was not closed properly. The cockpit crew had no idea it had ever been touched since their last flight. It flew open just before touchdown??

So it may not have been the pilots fault?

What were you drinking, I find drinking lager does not give me a hangover, unless I have a fair scoop.

I think it looks great, the old scheme was very dated looking.

I had a Kawasaki AR 125 and my mate had a VFR 750 and 800, nice bikes.

He ended up crashing the 750 when he was coming round a bend. There was a car pulling out of a side street, never seen him and he got slammed in between the bike and the car. Broken leg and broken bike.

    Now he has a Hyabusa…..nice.

Why had I not thought of that. Get a CPL and an operating licence and start a company on the Clyde!

But seriously though, best of luck to him, I think the operation up in Loch Lomond is going fine.
