Taxi would be expensive as you will be going right across Bristol. You could try the bus shuttle from the airport into Bristol city centre and then bus number 75 is one of a few that goes to Filton & right past the end of the runway.

Maybe because Eastern as familiar with Filton as they operate BAe flights from there I think.

BTW hoping the runway does get sorted pretty soon & the groves are cut to ease drainage. Can’t be nice there doing that work at the moment, as the weather in S Bristol is pretty rubbish at the moment.
